1. Introduction to Privacy Policy
1.1. The owner of the "Solara AI" application (hereinafter: the "Application") respects the privacy of the users of the Application it operates. Therefore, the owner of the Application has decided to publish its policy regarding privacy protection, and commits to uphold this policy towards the user.
1.2. The purpose of this document is to explain the Application owner's practices concerning user privacy, including: what information is collected about the users and how the Application owner uses the information provided by users or collected while using the Application.
1.3. This Privacy Policy is in accordance with Section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (Israel).
1.4. This Privacy Policy uses the masculine form for convenience only, and addresses all genders.
1.5. Please read and understand the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
If you choose to continue using the Application's services, it shall be deemed as your full consent to and acceptance of the Privacy Policy. If you do not wish for the described information to be collected, please refrain from using the Application.
1.6. It should be clarified that there is no legal obligation on the user to provide information. However, providing information is a condition for receiving the full range of services in the Application. If a user does not wish to provide such information, he or she may be prevented from using some of the Application's services.
2. Types of Information Collected
2.1. While using the Application's services, information about you is collected, some of which may personally identify you:
Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number.
Information you provide in correspondence and/or communication with the Application, including information related to offers and services that interest you.
Date of birth.
Social media account addresses.
The Application collects relevant information from Google and various social accounts for the purpose of learning and improving the service.
Some of the information collected is not personally identifiable, for example:

The type of device you use;
The manner in which you use the Application.
3. Registration for Services
If personal information is required when registering for services on the Application or when purchasing products, the Application owner will request from you the information necessary for providing the Application's services.

The data collected, as well as any content the user uploads and/or shares and/or creates in the Application, will be stored by the Application owner. Databases are stored on hosting servers. By using the Application, you declare that you consent to your information being stored on these servers, which may be located in your country or abroad.
5. Purposes of Data Collection and Usage
The use of the collected information will only be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as permitted by applicable law, for the following purposes:
To enable the use of different services in the Application.
To tailor marketing strategies and analyze statistical data.
To improve the services and content offered.

7. Electronic Direct Marketing and User Contact
The Application owner wishes to update users about important updates, developments, and other relevant matters related to the Application and its services. To ensure continuous and up-to-date communication, the Application owner may send messages (notifications) to users.
Additionally, the Application owner may send you, from time to time, newsletters or other messages via email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding services, products, as well as marketing and promotional information.
Such information will be sent only if you have given your explicit consent, and you can withdraw your consent and stop receiving it at any time.
We will not share your personal information with advertisers. However, we may provide statistical information regarding user activity on the Application and in newsletters to third parties.
8. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The Application owner will not transfer your personal information and the data collected about your activity in the Application to third parties, except in the following cases:
Your name and email address are transferred to the email distribution system provider.
The Application uses third-party generative AI services (such as ChatGPT), and therefore information processed within the Application will be shared with these providers.
Some information is transferred to a storage service provider.
Some information is transferred to a payment processing provider.
Information about your usage and activity in the Application may be transferred to marketing platforms such as META, GOOGLE, YOUTUBE, LINKEDIN and/or other platforms via COOKIES and/or pixels.
In the event of a legal dispute between you and the business requiring the disclosure of your details.
If you carry out actions in the Application that are contrary to the law.
If a court order is issued instructing the disclosure of your details or information about you to a third party.
The Application owner may transfer the information to professionals and/or platforms and/or other services in the field of marketing and advertising for processing and optimization purposes.
Business ownership transfers, mergers, etc.: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, your personal information may be transferred to a third party as part of the transaction, provided that the acquiring entity assumes the obligations of this Privacy Policy.
9. Cookies
A "Cookie" is a code used for authentication, tracking browsing data, and storing information about users. Each cookie is created by a server and transferred to the user's browser; your browser stores cookies on your computer or device.
The Application uses cookies for its regular and proper operation, including to collect statistical data about user activity, to verify details, to customize the Application to your personal preferences, and for information security purposes.

10. Third-Party Advertisements
The Application owner allows other companies to manage the advertising system on the Application. The advertisements you see while using the Application come from these companies' servers.
11. Information Security
The Application implements updated information security systems and procedures. While these systems and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized intrusions, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, the Application owner cannot guarantee that the Application and its services will be completely immune to unauthorized access to the stored information. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
12. Data Subject Rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (Israel), every individual is entitled to review the information held about them in a database. If, upon reviewing your information, you find that it is not correct, complete, clear, or updated, you may request the database owner to correct or delete it.

Furthermore, if the information in the company's databases is used for direct personal communication with you, you are entitled, under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database.
13. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We will regularly review and update our Privacy Policy to ensure it reflects our current data handling practices. Any updates will be clearly communicated to you, and we will obtain your consent as required by law.
14. Reporting a Privacy Violation
If you believe your privacy has been infringed upon within the framework of, or in connection with, the Application's activity, please contact the Application owner and detail the circumstances as you understand them.
In addition, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal data or wish to exercise your rights, the Application owner will respond within a reasonable time and provide you with the necessary information.
