Where we make decisions using solely automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, you have the right to request human review, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision. We recommend you export any data you wish to retain before terminating your account. After termination, we may permanently delete your data from our systems and cannot guarantee data recovery.

17.1 Voice Cloning and Biometric Information

When you use our voice cloning features, we collect and process voice samples which may be considered biometric data in certain jurisdictions:

  • Collection: We collect voice data from audio or video files you upload
  • Purpose: Voice data is used solely to create voice clones for your content generation
  • Storage: Voice samples are securely stored with encryption
  • Retention: Voice data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon request or account closure
  • Sharing: Voice data is processed through ElevenLabs and LMNT for voice synthesis but not used for their training
  • Rights: You can request deletion of voice clones at any time

By using voice cloning features:
